Overview
I have experience in the fields of Biological Oceanography and Marine Biogeochecmistry.
I gained my PhD at the Department of Earth Science at Stellenbosch University, South Africa under the supervision of Susanne Fietz. My PhD research focussed on investigating the the relationship between marine phytoplankton and micronutrients (Trace Metals) in the Southern Ocean.
Currently, I'm a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Exeter, Penryn Campus working on a UKRI funded project - Phytoplankton response to climate change (PRIME) with Bob Brewin as PI in the Centre for Geography and Environmental Science under the Department of Earth and Environmental Science.
